Job Description: TELECALLER
Job Location: Chikalthana MIDC, Chh. Sambhajinagar/Remote or Hybrid
Key Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
2. Handle inbound queries and provide necessary information
3. Promote products/services and explain their benefits
4. Follow up on leads and ensure customer satisfaction
5. Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and leads
6. Meet daily/weekly/monthly calls and sales targets
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred
2. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
3. Proficiency in [Specify Language(s)] Marathi, Hindi, English
4. Ability to handle customer objections and provide solutions
5. Prior experience in Tele-calling, sales, or customer service is a plus
6. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools
